My ping is 30 max and jitter is 10 max so why is gaming on a 80/20 profile extremely laggy and also web browsing is incredibly slow like dial up sick off all the disconnections we get like 15 a day and we use wired connections gaming nat type is open and all ports forwarded on xbox so whats your excuse plusnet you tried a lift and shift and numerous pointless engineers all we ask is you allow us to leave or we'll speak to Ofcom who we have been told have a very strong case your choice we expect a call asap on ou home numberas we refuse to wait an hour to speak to you we have been patiant with you and tried everything our end new routers , enthanet cables etc soo your choice also link:csa removed has insulted us claming we manually reset our connection with nobody next to the router nor modem which has further put our backs up..

same issues. varies in spells on fifa. some weeks its fine...smash everyone out of siight...win leagues div 1's premier cups. then i get relegated to division 5 and my players are visibly slower...cant pass anything over 10 yards without super pressers intercepting. thing is i gateway hopped earlier just before i started a game and about halfway through the first half it goes back to how it was before the hop....slow and a real struggle to get anything going.
been banging on about it for months and months. unfortunatley plusnet changed something around last october...when i got the 80/20 service. 40/10 was fantastic btw. PN cant work out what it is.
ive posted on the ea forum to see if anyone has the same problem on the fifa 14 early release.....lets see what come back. may have to ask isp etc.

yesterday thats me changing firmware back to asus new. different firmwares do have different ping levels.. dd-wrt was around 22ms although it didnt start off like that....it was around the 10 ms mark when i first installed. stock asus is around 9-10ms. fifas a bit better but still getting changes during the game.
