my exchange apparently doesn't support  21CN WBC so what does that mean for my connection?apparently it will be availiable in Q4 2010 lol
does it just mean its capped at 8 mbs?

you will be placed on 20cn then, there is away for PN to port the 20cn 8mb adsl connection's over the 21cn network but i anit goner explain that one to you. look up ipsc (ip stream connect). either way 20cn or ipsc it makes no diffrence to your connection speeds

its the WBC enable date you want, thats the voice switch over date PSTN.

there mine and i can asure you that i was on 21cn adsl2 on the 7th april and before that the checkers said 31st of march. so the enabled as off dates dont seem right but the est of going live date's are

Oh well, aslong as PN Pro on 20cn is good im happy!

so my internet was connected today,seems good on the wow front although my ping on CS:S is quite high

How high is quite high? If it's making it unplayable you could try a wireshark capture, however it's a very popular game so I'd find it surprising if we were misidentifying it at all.

nothing unplayable just around 60-100 ms
EDIT: I have 600 ms on wow atm :<

That sounds like it's being picked up correctly though the WoW ping isn't good. We'll be making some changes to the WoW signature rules in the near future, as ever more information to follow when we have it.
