new games and traffic managment

How long dos it take to get a game on the list iam trying play the new mmo tera and the traffic managment is really bad . I mainly have broadband for gaming and its annoying having to wait to play a new game when it comes out all my freinds be way ahead of me and its very frustrating

Have you done a wireshark capture on it showing it's being miscategorised?

yes and i got the standered responce. pass it on to the relevent people earlier today worked fine thought great now its back low and unplayble as if walking under water
