nat is closed

Ive just moved house (4th May) from a fibre area to standard adsl.
since the move Ive reverted to my old adsl router, belkin N wireless model f5d8633-4.
I haven't got any of the manuals and need some help telling me how to open the NAT.
Luckily fibre is now available where I live and i'm hoping to move back onto it soon with the help of plusnet(ticket raised).
