level3.net playing up

Having issues for the last week or so with a MMO I play and it is coming down to lag spikes on level3's first hop or worse all traffic stopping when it hits your last hop or level3's first hop.  its very random from what I've seen as I have never been able to catch a complete trace with the traffic all stopped.

Agreed but you are more likely to get a response here - this is a tracert this morning is it the same route as you see (note my line is interleaved)

They changed the routing taking out level3 and the attached is what I'm looking at atm
