ignored

This is for james as you replied to one of my tickets when i asked for interleaving to be turned off.It has not happened and has been over a week and a half i've replied twice to ur post and sent two tickets to cs who are blatantly ignoring me or so it seems i would appreciate if u could get back to me here or at muscas80@plusdsl.net.Here is the last ticket i sent and still no reply.
replied over a week ago and sent two tickets to cs no response from them very unimpressed you were recommended and to think i could have gone with someone cheaper but i heard you were ok for gaming which is absoloutley not the case i had better on pipex 2mb package using a wireless adaptor on my 360.Everything takes an age with plusnet something all the brown noses on the forums would no doubt disagree with and to think i have to put up with this shit for 18 months my partners also unimpressed with my decision after i pestered and eventually convinced him you were a good choice.I hope someone reads this and actually decides to do something after all you are paid to do your job are'nt you?

Re: ignored

Depends which James you are talking about but I assume it to be James Bailey or 'Jameseh' on these forums. He is currently on holiday for two weeks as of the 31st.

Re: ignored

Hi quietstorm, I've replied to your ticket. Not sure why you've got the impression we've been ignoring you. We placed an order to remove interleaving on your line within a day or so of you requesting it. The order completed on the 4th August however I've just run a test on your line which suggests it's still switched on.
I've placed another order manually to have it removed tomorrow.

Re: ignored

have you not checked your self to see if its off. try a command prompt traceroute. use tracert bbc.co.uk in command prompt and post the results here and one of use will tell you if its off. or have a look on your router web intreface to see if there any clues there to see if its off. should be somthing like fastpath or interleave depth 1

The funny thing is I am on the same gateway as you with interleaving enabled and I don't see the high 3rd and 5th hops
(note that the first hop on a Thompson router is always slow and should be ignored)

Re: ignored

if you live really far from london then i would say your on fastpath if your pretty close to london i would say maybe still on interleved.
which router do you have? forget that you have a thompson speedtouch looking at your first hop pings ( nothing to worrie bout just somthin that router does on traceroutes)
http://www.kitz.co.uk/adsl/frogstats.php#43 follow this to get to the line stats on your router and look for channel mode in list of line stats hopefully it will say fastpath
these are my fastpath pings from sheffield if my line was interleved the pings would b about 40-50ms ( what oldjims are above)
