high ping and laggy game play

moved onto pro add on to improve gaming, first month ran ok now the ping is ruuning at 100ms+ sometimes and making game play very difficult especially on MW3. Any suggestions to improve or tests that can be run to find out where the problems lie, any help appreciated.
