fut champions lag

playing fut champions on fifa 17 is impossible because every game has serious lag and when your lagging its near enough impossible to perform skill moves. fut champs is played on dedicated servers so connection should be good. ive set up port forwarding but its not helped. can someone at plusnet check my connection.

after all this time still no fix. game still unplayable. i think the problem  is at plusnet end as my mate  who is with a different isp and he can play lag free.

i asked 2 of my friends and 1 is with bt and the other is with sky. other games are fine its just fut champs.

Not sure about that.  Best way would be a wireshark while you are gaming, but I was hoping you could see in the interface or something.

Is there any pattern to the lag?  Only in the evenings, anytime at all, sometimes fine,  then not?

Also, do you notice any issues with other games? Or is it just FUT?

It looks like the servers are at "easo.ea.com" but a wireshark or (netstat from your machine if you are on a windows machine) while connected should confirm it.     traffic to that address is going through a DDOS protection company which might explain it.

Get your friends to traceroute to easo.ea.com and see if it goes the same route through prolexic.com?

Our current thinking is that this is down to Prolexic who are doing DDOS filtering for FIFA:
