Anything below 50ms in game is what you aim for in a FPS.  At 75 you start to have to lead shots more, at 100 a bit more and 125+ then even more.  Yes having a low ping is good but you already have it.
Having played FPS's back in the bad old days of dialup, I would be lucky to get 120ms on UK servers and 150-200ms to euro servers.  To have a in game ping of less than 15ms requires 100% perfect conditions on your phone line too the server.  Hell 15ms used to be what we got during LAN meets when switches just weren't as good as they are now.
You already have the cake but you want a second!

Yup Gus even on some US servers i still only get 80-90 pings 
Unless i am on a BGN gateway

What kind of ping differences do you see on the BNGs? Could you post some traceroute/pings the next time you're on a BNG?
