Xfire patch/demo download server slow normally?

Giving Xfire a try for a few demo's but can't get better than 60kB/s, normally I use fileplanet where I have an account and get 240kB/s but not for much longer.  So currently checking XFire hoping it would replace it, but if these are the norm I might have to take another year with fileplanet.

The Xfire download system uses Peer-2-Peer. For free I think its quite acceptable. Works fine when I've used it. But yes, it is slow.

Ah p2p no wonder, so crippled speeds until 12am then with PN's p2p controls.  Oh well have to stick to fileplanet for now.
