Xbox one strict NAT

I have a strict nat on my new xbox one . I have tried DMZ and port forwarding but can not open the NAT
any idea,s please

Which router are you using?

if your trying dmz try disabling upnp in the router and on the xbox.....

I've lost a weeks work because of this, somebody needs to email me exactly what I need to do to fix this, this is pathetic it's 2016, you need to TALK. I need to know what you do to fix this, I expect a response within 24hours ....
