Xbox live/FIFA lag..

I ve just started playing my xbox again, fifa clubs to be exact online.
and just now in peak time its terrible, MASSIVE delay on what i press???
sick of this, my old isp i couldnt play at peak times on xbox live cuz of it and now it happens on PN to.
Ive been playing pc games non stop and get no problems..?
My speed, however on a test is perfect, no problems, its just on xbox live im getting this delay in game...

oh and fyi, im not on wireless, and my xbox is right next to my router

Exactly the same happening to me, used to be fine playing fifa and around christmas time until this day its unplayable.

i have raised a ticket just waiting for a reply on why its gone laggy all of a sudden

im on the pro package and i lag but mainly only on pro clubs. been told its due to it using p2p and the fact my upload speed is capped at 448. my brother is with be pro and gets on average 1 meg upload and gets no lag at all.
been trying to get max premium but after 3 phone calls and 2 messages im still no further. will prob have to go with be pro now as fifa clubs is why a went with pn pro in the first place.

i had my upstream uncapped mate it had no affect so dont bother.

Is FIFA classed as P2P Traffic?
