Xbox Live Problems

Right, I never had problems connecting to xbox live but now all of a sudden in the last few days I have!!!!
I restarted the router SERVERAL times and get three different error messages at random. The most likely one is not responsing to ICMP responses, that shows up more than any other error. There was another error saying NAT is moderate, which I'm not happy about, it always been open. The third message is cannot connect at all.
So, Plusnet..... whats the problem now?
UPDATE : My brothers xbox works perfectly fine. There been no changes AT ALL on the network and no changes on my xbox. Nothing been changed, so why can't I connect. We both use wireless, we both get 80% to 100% signal strength

did you do anything to fix it? iv just posted this issue
i can sign into live but cant find matches and have a red connection when i join a friends. iv also tryed restarting and resetting the router with no joy

um, i know how to connect an ethernet cable to a 360 and into the router!

iv been through all the generic answers with previous connections. im thinking this is something router/plusnet specific
