Xbox Live Gaming

Hi i have been on Plusnet a few weeks now and i am lagging on Xbox live. When i play on MW3 i can never connect to anyone under 75ms and most the time that lags.

i had this issue on the ps3 with mw
cant playe their games anymore and certainly wont be buying the next one.
black ops is better although not perfect as only team dm on core have the most stable games....most of the others are unplayable.

I get about 6 mb download speeds which is not bad not far off what i used to get on my previous isp but my upload speeds and pings are poor. Since i posted this morning i have been in contact with Plusnet and they are uncapping my upload speeds which probably explains my poor upload speeds i get and are changing my profile to interleaving i think ? anyway i hope all this improves my xbox live gaming.
