Often best to port forward to get the NAT to open

So i tried the port forward and my internet connection stopped working!!
Ive tried the work around that you pull the triggers etc and it worked now we have had the update I doesn't work

have you tried undoing the port forwarding etc and switching upnp on ?
upnp should just work although the router might need to be restarted to change the settings fully
