Haha, Matt, I just found this post just as we were speaking about it, literally 2 minutes ago!
I agree with you though, It has gone from modern and pretty to...square and white and ugly! Petition with me, Matt?

while i agree its pretty hideous..
Its actually quite functional (no big wheel spinning round and round...
as someone whos not had an xbox long, it isnt a major issue to me.. if i'd had it for much longer, im sure id be more annoyed
(but i couldnt find anything anyway!  🐵

I don't mind it, it's nice and clean. I must admit I was a little taken aback by it initially, but have soon got used to it.

I'm going to buck the trend here I think....
....I quite like it.  Sorry, but there it is.  I don't like unnecessary flourishes so it's good to see it go to a simpler, more functional layout.

I guess the only thing i can say is, at least my HDMI sound still works haha.. Unlike when they first brought NXE out, and refused to believe that the HDMI sound issue was caused by them, took them at least a month or 2 to get a fix out for it
So, im glad it was just a skin change, if anything.
