X-BOX One Live Gaming, Strict NAT Issue

Hello,
I have recently migrated to Plusnet Broadband from BT, as I was experiencing Strict NAT issue with my X Box One, and BT were not able to help.
I have the same issue with Plusnet
router is Technicolor TG582n
I have tried connecting to the router via TELNET to change the settings as per a previous thread. http://community.plus.net/library/gaming/increasing-gaming-compatability-with-the-thomson-tg585v8-xb... but no luck
Tried typing in the details manually, again to no avail
Does any one have any solutions/ideas

Could be a long shot but have you had a go at this?
With it being a console I normally keep it in the DMZ to avoid any issues but I guess it would be worth as shot with the above. In the meantime I'll see if I can arrange a remote firmware update if this doesn't work for you  Wink

Re: X-BOX One Live Gaming, Strict NAT Issue

You need to forward the ports that Xbox live uses. I got a strict NAT on my Xbox One on switching to Plusnet too. Needless to say I freaked.
I guess you can class it as a good thing as it means your router firewall is doing its job.
Find your router on this site and the game you are wanting to play and add those ports to the Portforwarding section and all will be fixed
