I posted this on the WoW technical support forum and they said:
"Gnerd you're getting packet loss from here:

Any ideas?

Im Surprised no-one got back to you about this ? And im even more surprised you were told by the wow community that you were getting packet loss.
That second set you gave is a pathping.
7 66ms 0/ 100 = 0% 0/ 100 = 0% te-3-4.car ........
You see the 0% thats basically telling you there was 0% packet loss on that hop. And looking at the full log your not getting any packet loss on any hops.
The lag you were seeing will most likely have been from another source. High server load, out of date drivers, firewall software etc etc.
Anyway I know im almost 2 months behind, but still thought by answering this it may potentially help others in the future.

Re: World of Warcraft extreme latency.

I was having extremely high latency on WoW, usually shortly after entering the game. I would relog only for it to happen again.
I found the problem was the java updater waiting for permission in the background. Can't do much about it, simplest solution is to not log on for ten minutes whilst I check emails etc. This gives updater time to check for updates. Then I play.

Re: World of Warcraft extreme latency.

Can't you disable the auto search for Java either in the application itself or by preventing the process in the startup sequence?

Re: World of Warcraft extreme latency.

@Mathias... I believe I could disable it, but this means I check my emails more regularly. I can delete several pages of spam quite quickly now. Used to go in and just empty folder, because it was quicker but I missed a few mails I needed. So is a good discipline for me.  Wink
