The ping at home isn't too bad for a rural connection, I guess, but I'm suffering at lot of packet losses:
I've added the "pro" add-on and will see if this helps anything.
Just for the record this is how the ping looked from Ireland (on a rural wireless connection)

That isn't packet loss, those devices just didn't reply to the ping.
You can see on the last hop that you are getting 100% of your packets delivered to the WoT server with an average latency of 62. Just under half of that latency comes from the hop from London.level3 to ip3.tinet.net. The other half is our network, probably introduced by ptw-cr02.plus.net.
