WoW ping - Nordrassil EU

This has been going on pretty much since I got my internet from Plusnet, a constant 200+ MS to the Nordrassil EU WoW server. IP: 80.239.149.80 - Based in Frankfurt.
Not exactly sure what to make of this tracert, but here goes.

Open to literally any ideas, or suggestions as to what on this earth is happening.
And just to clarify, before anyone mentions, I've tried the TCP frequency fix method to improve the ping, it does work somewhat, but it completely cripples my internet, resulting in browser pages not loading, downloads and streaming being reduced to almost below dialup.

It looks like it's failing at Telia (who peer with WoW).
Do you see the same after rebooting your router?  It might take a different route.

Not sure if this is valid or not, but attempting to ping the server directly, this is probably blocked on their end somehow.

They all seem pretty much the same, what I can't gather is, they all are at around 30ms, and yet I've never, ever gotten anywhere near that sort of Ms ingame.

Ran a wireshark after looking around the forum (Wireshark virgin) - and I've gotten some strange results aparently, here it is.

I followed the Plusnet guide on how to do it, so I'm assuming it's right.
If not, I'll do another if someone wants to point me in the right direction ^^

are you on the pro package?
should be 0x0a for gaming traffic not 0x80. are all wiresharks the same to all the servers youve run traceroutes to?
normaly you shouldnt see such high latency with the 0x80 queue hence why the pro package's prioitys only go as low as 0x80 (gold)

My ping is 250 on EU Saurfang constant day and night on unlimited.

Currently on.. Unlimited.
Had to check that one ^^
Will be able to check the other servers in a few hours, reinstalling WoW to see if that sorts any problems.

In the last fortnight my ping has jumped from it's usual 40ms-100ms up to 250ms+ on the Kul Tiras (EU) server.

i often get higher or lower than 200 ms on haomarush eu.
i think you may be expecting too much from wow's servers.
this is always the same on all the isp's i have been with, Aol, Sky, Tiscali and plusnet.
the connection is definitely better with PN.
try a different game

I might be, but when there is people from less developed countries that are further away from the servers, getting sub 100 latency.
It raises some concern, at least I think so O.O

Never had over 100 ping with Sky or Freedom to surf.
