Has The Elderscrolls Online been added to the list & updated for the route to the new EU datacentre? I ask because the rubberbanding has increased dramatically since the EU server move to Germany.
Unless the specific signature of the game changes then updates to their data centres shouldn't cause any issues. Did you find what was causing the rubber banding?

I am having the same issue in Level3 for guild wars 2. Mods: what shall I look for in tcpdump/wireshark or whatever else libcap based apps ? Could we have a tcpdump example syntax to run on ppp0 ?
As I've mentioned in another thread we've just updated our traffic management signatures this afternoon. Destiny was in there so do let us know if you notice any difference. It should be prioritised now as you'd expect.
If you suspect a game is being prioritised incorrectly on Plusnet's systems you can perform a Wireshark capture and either check the data yourself or submit it on a ticket to Plusnet.
This looks pretty intimidating. Is there some way I can check, from the name of the game or something like that, what settings are being used by you. (I am, alas, getting rather cynical about "not our problem" responses from Helpdesks.)
Seeing as they removed the ticket option its no longer possible to report a games incorrect traffic queue, OP could do with updating if there is another way to send a capture to PN or not
