What are the Ports for FIFA13

I'm a pc gamer i have try'd port forwarding.com or .net and not getting any joy at all

can anyone help

The ports required are:

Or put the router into DMZ, your choice.  Port forwarding will only overcome connectivity issues if any, when connecting to opponents.
