WOW/ Steam games

Just switched over to PN fibre, since then soon cant connect to WOW/ also Cant connect to his steam account, he had no issues until switch from othe ISP, can anyone help!

Hi there,
I'm sure we can help you and your son out with this, just need a little more information. Can you find our what errors he might be seeing when the connection to Steam/WOW fails, that might help us understand what the issue is.
