UDP Port, TCP Query Port

Hi all. Trying to connect with Team Speak Viewer 3.
In their registration they suggest UDP Port as 9987 and TCP Query Port as 10011.
I've set this up in the Game Application in the router and it is on the server.
I still cannot connect.
Could anyone help please.

not quite sure what your asking,
