Trying to forward ports on Technicolor TG582n FTTC

I've set up an entry for Fifa 13 to forward the necessary ports. But when I click on assign a game or application and select my fifa13 entry and then my computer (device) nothing happens
The screen refreshes but fifa isn't listed among the other allowed applications. I've tried multiple times even using my sons computer name as the device.
Current router is the Technicolor TG582n FTTC

After selecting the game and the device (it should automatically have your computer in the field anyway), you have to click 'Add'.

Yes I clicked add but it doesn't get added

I had exactly the same as this, with this router when I was trying to forward the ports for FIFA 13, but nothing seemed to happen  :-\.   Sorry I can't help with what the fix is for this as I have now replaced it with a different router, all is fine with the new router when port forwarding etc.
Goodluck, hopefully somebody from PN can help.
