I'm not a games player really, but my youngest son has one of these, and he thinks it's the best thing ever.

I do own a PS4 Pro that I bought to play 'The vanishing of Ethan Carter' on but, it's sitting next to the TV collecting dust now! What interest me is VR but I know I'll end up face down eating the carpet assuming it doesn't make me ill, I can't watch, never mind play, a game where the environment is in continuous motion around you gives me serious motion sickness.

Sadly no @Steve I don’t, and it’s a big spend only to have it end up on eBay by the end of the week, I assume no one here has VR?

Im not a fan of VR and i dont think its going to take off as much as they had hoped.. altho i could be wrong.

I do not have it either but have tried it as the son in law is a gadget freak and has the full works, he linked it into google earth and it was possible to look around various places.

Personally the cost would be a no no for me plus I also suffer badly from motion sickness, from what he tells me it's the action games that would cause you most trouble.

As others have suggested you really need to try it out first, even if it's not for you it's worth trying a demo, the graphics are amazing, takes a bit of getting used to with a controller in each hand and a headset that gets fairly warm after a time.

I find that games I cant play (first person mainly) normally without getting motion sick, in VR I am ableto play them for hours without feeling sick at all
