OK !!  sorry for the caps , but there is obviously something amiss here , there must be numerous posts about peak time probs , not just for games  i for one , as posted before are getting pissed about having to hop gateways just to get a decent connection to play a game , not just mine BF3 somewhere ther must be something that can be done ? without the need for every PN customer to send a Pcap or TBB , just to prove to PN summat is not right  :-[.
obviously customers have different needs & some more techy than me BUT ITS NOT as good as it was  :-\.
all i want is to play my game with no hassles chasing extra tests to show its not as it was the good PN when i started 3 years ago

Cheers for those.    A traceroute is only relevant for the time you did it.  Ping/latency problems could happen periodically, so I wanted to see if you caught anything.

It's one of the reasons I'm so reticent to get further involved. Never been particularly interested in interminable song-and-dance routines that have no effect on curing problems.
