The Nexus Gaming Mod site

There seem to be a number of PlusNet users who are having problems accessing the gaming mod site: http://www.nexusmods.com/ .  Access is incredibly slow.
So far as we can see the main site is fine for most of its users, it's only us PlusNet users experiencing extremely slow access.
Anyone encountering this problem know what might be going on, please?

I thought it was getting being DDosed again when I was trying thursday night, tweeted them but no reply if they had any issues.  Was the only site affected that night for me and I am using google/opendns servers, so unlikely down to plusnet for once

Almost all the Nexus Mod users that are having difficulty accessing the site are PlusNet users.

I was told to come back here. So here I am.  There are a load of Nexus Mod users who are struggling to access the site and they are ALL PlusNet users. So I think this is an issue that needs to be taken seriously.

Is anyone else having problems getting to Nexus Mods via their Plusnet connection?  It's been slow to the point of uselessness for me for the past week or so, but is fine from my workplace.  Doesn't matter what browser or machine I try it from.

Watching traffic (it actually went a bit quicker this time) I see - intermixed with the normal traffic 56 of
IP 212.159.3.238 > 192.168.0.3: ICMP time exceeded in-transit, length 36
From web search 212.159.3.238  is vl69.vrrp.pcl-gw.plus.net and I have no other traffic directly to/from that IP.

PlusNet staff - hello!

The site www.NexusMods.com  worked fine this morning at 8:20am. It is now virtually unreachable. Whatever work was done has failed - if anything was done at all on this particular site. I thought the HighWinds CDN work had fixed it - with the earlier problem with Imgur site.
Our forum group on the Nexus Forums still has PlusNet users voicing their woes.
Please - moderators / staff - can this be fixed?  There are many of us who actively use the NexusMods site. It is deeply frustrating for us.

The NexusMods site is still not accessible. Please can we have this fixed? I am a paying subscriber to the site and I can't use it!

The issue should be fixed as of this morning.
Without going into too much detail, the content delivery network used by nexusmods.com (and lots of other sites/services) is/was hosting an image that fell foul of this. This caused traffic to nexusmods to be routed via our IWF filtering proxy - a problem with this set-up caused the issues you were seeing.
