Strange request - whats the worst connection you can give me

As the title states, I need the cheapest connection available that will give the highest ping and have my line strangled at peak times but still cover my usage from playing on xbox live.
Ive really had enough of BO2 now and I even tried streaming bbc i player at the same time in the hope of gaining a sh*t connection like most others playing but it didnt do anything.
Can I have this asap please as until they release a patch I don't need a gaming line with interleaving off etc

try running a torrent rather than iPlayer, that seems to do the trick here - are you on fibre?

If your router supports it, maybe use a vpn like https://www.ipredator.se/ or if you can set your xbox to route through it connecting to the tor network?

I know how the original poster feels.  I upgraded to fibre just before BO2 was released and got around a 35ms ping to places like the BBC website, so latency is quite low on the line.
Great i thought, black ops should be good, and ill be able to kill people better than when i had adsl.
However, in BO2 it often gives me the host (which for any other game gives you a distinct advantage), but for some reason when it does, can i heck kill anyone.  Shoot and shoot, often shooting first, and still I die.  Maybe it's just treyarch can't make a good game.
I often find those at the top of the score board are the ones with the three bar connections now.

its not just bops2
i get this on fifa as well.
when i upgraded to the 80/20 service my ping also got better.
ive had 0ms registered!!!
average about 10ms
fifa seems to switch after the 10 minute mark and it makes the connection harder to play
sometimes its like that from the word go.
the amount of times ive wanted to smash the disc up lol is quite a lot

My current thinking is that problems with Fifa are down to them.  The reports we get of problems with it are so inconsistent for it to be routing or traffic management problem 😕
