Same issue here (BT customer). It has been going on for at least 6 months, on and off.

Nothing seems to have progressed over the last few months, with no acknowledgement from PN staff as to what they are doing on this matter.
To be honest PN staff seem to just turn a blind eye to this part of the forum and let other users help their customers, when the majority of issues are with PN router & service. This is still part of the support forum section and so should still receive support from PN staff, but little advice from them seems to occur.
