Rubberbanding on Natural Selection 2

Have been getting this quite a lot recently.  Ping seems to be ok but connectivity to the game is pretty woeful.
Is this anything to do with Plusnets end?
Other games seem to be fine

That's just based on Half life yeah?  Should be fine!  Let us know how it is tonight?

This is the standalone version now so not the mod based on half life.
I havent played it much recently but ill give it another whirl and see if it still happens...
