Rubber Banding on BF3

Had plusnet for 4 days.
I have really bad rubber banding on BF3 -  any ideas please?
 
Speed Tester is showing
Dl = 4.52
Ul = 0.372
Ping = 20ms
Packet loss + 0%
Jitter = 0%

Hi there,
That speed is quite low compared to the estimate for your line. Also I notice that the connection has been dropping too which can cause the kind of symptoms you've mentioned even if the speeds and pings are OK:

I'd say keep an eye on things over the weekend as the connection seems to be settling down as it's been up for over 18 hours and if there's no improvement from there raising a fault would be a good idea: http://faults.plus.net

Hi there is the pro add-on but I'm not sure that would make a great deal of difference given the account type you're on. You could give it a go for a month for a fiver though.

i don't agree with pro-addon, people should not have to pay extra in order to have a better stable connection for gaming.

Now that would be a good product PN supply the first ever broadband especially for gamers 
don belive any ISP do such a thing at the mo , as some PN staff are gamers i presume they know what would be desired  so come on PN have a look at it
