It's supposedly shit and expensive if you want tech support, you also need to check on what traffic throttling they do.

Hiya,
As has been mentioned, if you raise a ticket with your Wireshark capture attached, we can then prioritise your gaming traffic accordingly.  The traffic is being misclassified, which is wrong.

Already done. Just have to wait a week or so now to see if it makes any difference.

No difference yet. From about 3-4pm until 11pm-12am the game is still unplayable, and that's IF I can connect in the first place.

I've got the same with UT GOTY and possibly with PS3 games. Up to 4 pm everything is ok, but later the server browser showes that my ping is low e.g. 40ms but when I join game i have ping 400-8000ms (values for UT GOTY)

Still crazy ping. Guess i'll re-download / install Wireshark and see if it's been fixed...

Well, looks like nothing has been done even after submitting a ticket and attaching the Wireshark info.

How long should I expect to wait???

For some reason the ping was fine for a couple of days last week, and today it's about 4.5k. The traffic is still unclassified, and the ticket I submitted [ID: 28228275] hasn't been updated by PlusNet since the 24th March.

its bein about 2 weeks now. i would of thought this sig would bein or soon to go live.
i am sure jameseh or another helpful soul will get a update on this for you.
