RE: Red Dead Redemption and GTA4 multiplayer issues
Hi guys.
After successfully getting my Xbox360 online ( and on snazzy open NAT setting) I have been having a whale of a time. Been thrashing on Call of Duty, Halo, Burnout, Need for Speed, Quake Arena, Borderlands. However, for some insane reason that I cannot even begin to fathom, Rockstar's servers have been an epic fail for my connection. I cannot join Red Dead Redemption Multiplayer because I get the message " You have been returned to free roam because of connection issues with other players" and GTA4 has an even more informative "Unable to connect" message. I have open NAt, my Xbox is in the router DMZ, I am using wireless TG585 v8, I have no problems with other games....Am I missing something? Has anyone else had the same problems? Are there different ports for Rockstar servers? I don't know
