Ps4 kill zone error

So I just got a error saying my internet connection is to low to play
.???? 
Want to make sure my ps4 is getting top priority please
Also can you let me know what line speed my line had settled at ?
Was getting 80/20

Have you tried a speedtest? Are you connected via Ethernet or wireless?
Your line is at a profile of 77400, so no issue there. From our brief testing of PS4 here, it's in the right traffic queue too.

just done a speed test and its 72/19
which should be quite enough
and very pleased with plusnets service
and that's wireless on imac
so it may be Sony's servers playing up
il have to see whats happening with kill zone tonight
ps4 is wireless as i cant have loads of ethernet cable running about everywhere
