belive its on the list m8. i did the wireshark capture on it as i requested it. i think mid last year. look at the list of games and its therehttp://community.plus.net/forum/index.php/topic,444.0.html.
all thoe i only did the capture playing on the first server(the most used) not the second one.
gd game thunder ally was all i played but doing more than 15laps with rammers did my head in. plus there is alot of lag's that play it.
might reinstall it see what improvments they have made i will post back if i do and see if you want a thunder ally race but be warned the last torny they ran i came 1st 
edit: do a wireshark capture why on the 1st sever to make sure that ariea hasnt changed anything and pn need to update the rule.

installed project torque again and ran wireshark and the phoebus sever is still being picked up as Titanium.
if your getting lag when playing this game can i surrgest to make sure your line is on fastpath and not interleved as the sever is in on the west coast of amercia
