Hi there, I keep getting constant disconnections when playing Mario Kart 8 online. Can you please advise as to what might be going wrong? Thanks.

If I remember correctly, there were mentions of online issues in MK8 on the official nintendo magazine forums, and if I also remember correctly the problem is at nintendo's end so there's likely nothing that can be done until they sort out the issues (unfortunately, I can't find the thread so I can't confirm if what I remember is accurate).

Hi matharding,
Really sorry for the delayed response here. I've taken a look over your connection as a precaution following demonix01's comments about the issues Nintendo have been having.
I actually think there could be a problem with your connection. Please see the connection graph below:

Do any of the drops coincide when you've had issues at all?
Your connection is currently <a href="http://community.plus.net/library/broadband/broadband-faults-guide-banding-guide/">Banded</a> which is slowing your connection down, but keeping it stable and stopping it from dropping out.
Are you using any extension cabling within your property or does the router connected directly into a telephone socket?
Note: Banding currently (3M-6M)
