Port forwarding help

Hi, I have a Technicolor TG582n and am trying to open  these ports to improve my Xbox Live connection for my Xbox 360:
UDP: 53; 88; 3074; 3659
TCP: 53; 80; 3074; 3659
I have followed the guide on the portforward.com website but I'm not sure what device to assign each port to, can anyone help?
