Port Forwarding help on technicolor TG582n

Hi all, i'm trying to port forward my Router, i think the Game mode kept disconnecting my internet randomly since i disabled it have not had one crash.. but could be nothing to do with game mode and just being lucky (i made another topic and did a ticket to support about that issue anyway

I'm trying to port forward my router, as i keep disconnecting from my online games atm it's Co op Far Cry 4 (I PC game no consoles)
I believe i had warning that's my ports ain't open from other thing's aswell i tried to do it, but don't think it made any difference so maybe doing something wrong?
Any help appreciated!
Router is a Technicolor TG582n.

it would off, if i didn't encounter a problem thanks tho.
anyone know when i try to assign something to my pc IP it doesin't work with custom made ones? but the pre built in ones i can assign but not my self created ones? help?
