Port Forwarding Help

I am trying to open some ports so that I can host a game of Football Manager. I was able to do this when I had a Virgin SuperHub because the router model was on the portforward website and it was pretty straight forward. However, I have since moved to plusnet and my Technicolor TG582n FTTC router is not on the portforward website. I know the ports that need to be opened and have tried opening them but my friend cannot join!!
This is what I have done, I have no idea what the triggers mean so I'm hoping someone could help me with this, this is what I have tried to do so far:

Thanks

Re: Port Forwarding Help

The triggers are what protocol the incoming packet will be in, udp or tcp, and which port it will be on. If in doubt choose both.
What did you have before?

Re: Port Forwarding Help

Basically I just need ports 10093 and 10094 open for both UDP and TCP. I thought I had done that already I'll have a play around with the triggers
