Quote from: Slu tonight its okish in the uk, but 3 different gateways and the competition server im supposed to be playing on is utter [Censored] in .de - spike spike spike spike spike and solid 80 ping....
Have you tried wireshark capturing your gaming traffic just to make sure it is getting classified correctly?
Quote Is anyone from plusnet even able to comment on this rediculous performance, day after day people whine about this, at least last year the staff had the courtousy to say its being looked in to
Where have we said it isn't being looked into? Presumably you've been keeping tabs on this?
I cant say i have bob, i deliberately opted out of the 21cn to try and avoid this type of BS, fat load of good its done me, i havent played properly in weeks and the last time that page was updated was the 2nd of feb - im on the verge of buying out the rest of my contract to try and avoid your service, either that or try to get out of it due to the fact plusnet are failing their customers on their premium gaming service which isnt gameable, and has barely been since last november
I understand you guys on these forums do what you can to satisfy the whine of people on the boards, but for a majority of us its not made up, its very real and very annoying to say the least - at least once upon a time gateway hopping helped, even that is an utter waste of time at the moment.

My bad, that page isn't relevant to you as you're not on the 21CN network from what I can tell. It's certainly worth you wiresharking your gaming traffic though as it's pretty trivial for us to correct the classification of a game if it's being picked up incorrectly.

I'm seriously thinkin of small claims court to get as the ongoing issues clearly break the TOS and for an unnaceptable amount of time with no compensation offered.
Anyone facy grouping together for a "class action"?
PlusNet should at least be offering a discount to £11.99 until this is resolved.

Plusnet have put Pro customers unidentified traffic onto Titanium.
After one night testing this seems to have fixed the ping uissue I was having, previously unidentified traffic was going gold and I think that was causing the erratic ping.
Got a big game tonight so it's getting a good work out tonight and I'll report back.
Just hoping some others can also try again and see if there is any improvement?

Quote from: Lorenzo48 I've done all this, sent wireshark captures and been told packets are not been correctly prioitised - took weeks for plusnet to agree with what I was telling them but still no fix.

Just noticed this post - i looged a call tonight asking how longs left on my contract, and what the penaltys are for leaving early - to be honest the ammount of time thats being wasted is a joke, cant play at all and i dont have all the time in the world - how bad can the financial penalties be.
To rub salt in the wound, initally this evening the support portal wasnt working to log a call on the web, so i called in (first time in about 6 months ringing) - waited a good 20 mins and spoke to a nice sounding chap, i said can you take my mobile no. in case i get cut off that way i dont have to queue for another 20 mins, he said no worries, i will take it and call you back right now and save you the call cost....
put the phone down... that was 20 mins ago - no call back
