PlayStation Network not on defined game list

I was looking at the list of defined games and noticed that the PlayStation Network is not listed anywhere whereas Xbox Live is. Is this just a mistake or is the PSN throttled on the plusnet network?

Plusnet's dictionary must have a different definition of 'prioritised' to mine then, because it took me 7 hours to download a 260MB patch for NFS: Shift.

I think it depends on what package you are on.
Online gaming uses ports recognised and already prioritised (subject to new games that use a port not yet established as a priority) but patch downloads are considered peer-to-peer so on some packages that has a lower priorty at peak times
