Thats the worst part Strat not knowing.
I was an Admin in BF2 for over 3 years and we had a lot more software to play around with, Clan forge used to take screen shots of every player on the server every 30 seconds, plus you could video a map and follow every single person. I used to spend hours looking at screen shots and video to get rid of the cheats. It really surprised me to see how many there actually was.
I can now usually spot a cheat with them killing me 2 or 3 times. It isn't sour grapes because they killed me 2 or 3 times but just watching their playing style and how they killed me. Some one could have me 20 nil which would annoy me but if their gameplay seems fair then they are just better than me and I will keep on playing, but if something isn't right then I just leave the server.
Most cheats are subtle and as soon as you call them on it they will become an average player again by turning some or all of their cheats off. Others will ride the storm and play the full map and then disappear, they dont play 2 rounds on the same server.

James M , best thing was  BF2, admin could  free fly  where you could just follow a player around  when you were not playing in game easy to catch a cheat ,,, dont know why they dint do same in BF3  i know loads on forums were asking for it

i have a question,  can PC players  also play on the xbox servers

would be a nice idea  cross platform servers,,, let us kill them console kidies 
but unfortunately at the moment we are not allowed

no good job also because us pc gamers would get called hackers each time we killed an xbox user as PC gamers are much better players
