I am an avid online gamer and have noticed a real issue when my partner is streaming Netflix in our house.
I have a desktop computer connected to the Plusnet router via Ethernet cable and whenever I am playing Apex Legends, Counter Strike, Call of Duty, etc, I experience high ping spikes every time my partner is watching Netflix. This is causing micro stutter lag every 3-5 seconds when online gaming and making it impossible to enjoy.
We did not have this issue when I signed up to Plusnet back in February 2019 and I've noticed this issue began back in December 2019.
We've had Openreach engineers visit and they confirmed we are not getting the minimum guaranteed access line speed of 60Mbps when they visited back in February and March of this year. We are on Plusnet's Unlimited Fibre Extra Plan and I will be inclined to find another ISP when renewal comes.

Can anyone advise of a resolution to this problem?
