Re: Ping problems

Turn interleaving off through your member center control panel and this will drop your ping again.
It takes 24 hours to deactivate.

Re: Ping problems

If you can't find the link on your control panel (it isn't always there) you can get interleaving turned off by filling in a request here.

Re: Ping problems

Did you use your control panel or the request form?
If you used the request form, you should get a reply to your ticket here.
You could also keep an eye on your router stats which should show a change from "interleave" to "fast path".  If you post up your router details someone should be able to tell how to get the info (likewise if you've got a USB modem), or have a look here and see if yours is listed.

Re: Ping problems

I dont think you get a reply. Unless mine is still not deactivated.
I requested it on tuesday and I have had no confirmation.
Unfortunately my router doesn't tell me if it's on or off. But I do ping at 35 ish to French CSS servers.

Re: Ping problems

I got a reply to my ticket when I used the request form linked above (my connection settings panel didn't have - and still doesn't have - the option to change interleaving).
I suppose that it depends on which way you request the change.
