PSN disconnects

for some bizare reasons i get disconnects from the Playsation network - either when i amplaying a game or streaming a film it will disconnect
the actually adsl connection does not disconnect and inever had the problem with my previous isp - sky

Hey,
Are you connect over Wireless or Ethernet?
If you're connected over Wireless, can you try it with an Ethernet, just to see if this resolves the problem?
If it does, we can look at changing some of your Wireless Settings to try and improve your experience.

its ethernet connection that i have
as i say the psn disconnects from the service but the adsl remains connected
it was happening alot so maybe there was an outage on the psn - seems to have dies down a bit
