PSN Is Down Some Titles Experiencing Game Crashing Errors

A wide rash of game-crashing errors is spreading among the PS3-owning community at the moment, most of which can be chalked up to a 8001050F error code. This has led to a variety of unfortunate side-effects for those affected, including corrupted trophy information and an inability to access the PSN. When combined, those two issues prevent players from launching certain games, such as Heavy Rain, without being kicked back to the XMB.

Hmmm...I wondered why it kicked me off the network last night just as I had built up a 32 killstreak

You've got a slim and should be unaffected? 'Tis only early adopters with fat ones that are suffering (like me )

Needless to say I was logged out of PSN and had to log back in losing my 32 kill streak.

OK It was 3 but I was still logged out and the same thing happened a few days ago.

Hmm doesn't sound good. I'm not switching back on until it's fixed!!

Came back up at midnight.
While it was down my DLC wasn't working. I got scaed

Tiz a shame you have to go to that length adiewoo, Luckily i have not encountered this problem, i have a 360 and a Wii, i certainly wont be rushing out for the new Xbox next time round,I'm going to wait and see how all consoles perform and how reliable they are before making my decision,Sony, Microsoft need to get there acts together if you ask me

Mainly as I haven't had any time!! I'm not too fussed about this.
I'd be more pee'd if I had to pay for my online stuff..
