PS3 not connecting to internet

Can anyone help please?  I've had broadband with Plusnet for the past 2 months, and all this time my son has been able to play his PS3 online. However, today he has been unable to connect, he keeps getting an error code 8002A203.  Does anyone know what this means and how to fix it? thanks
