Open nat error xboxone

My xboxone settings say my nat is open, but some games are reporting a strict nat setting. How do I check if the nat setting is open?

Some games do/try to do  their own upnp to get open nat so it's possible that the xbox does really have open nat but for whatever reason the game doesn't.

What games have the problem and do they always say strict?

change xbox one power mode to energy saving. plz check my upnp fix as to why.
