Hi, I'm experiencing severe latency issues on 18/12 (Sunday afternoon) where despite a decently fast connection, the ping count is in the triple figures according to Pingtest.net.
As such, both MW3 (on an open NAT) and BF3 on the PS3 are near unplayable this afternoon.
Any thoughts on a solution would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Hi there,
Looks like you had a few dropped connections yesterday afternoon from looking at our connection records (not sure if that was you rebooting the router though). Did you notice that at the time?
Just wondering if you've added anything new to the phone line recently, and if not whether the connection still drops with the router plugged into the master (or better still test) socket with everything else removed from the line? If so it's probably best to raise it to us as an intermittent fault via the troubleshooter at http://faults.plus.net
